Titan Haus Shipping Policy


When Will I Receive My Order?


Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch after placing your order. During peak periods such as holidays or major promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times:
 • USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and EU: 7–10 business days
 • Other international destinations: Varies by region and customs clearance


We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, and other trusted regional carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery.


Note: High-volume events like Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal sales may result in longer processing and shipping times.



Why Has My Order Not Shipped Yet?


We’re a small, independent team committed to craftsmanship and quality. During busy periods, our fulfillment center may experience a surge in orders. We appreciate your patience as we work to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.


If your order has been assigned a tracking number but shows no movement, please allow up to 5 business days for the carrier to update tracking info.


If you haven’t received your tracking number after 5 business days, reach out to us at hello@titan-haus.com and we’ll look into it for you.



Shipping Address Issues


If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at hello@titan-haus.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after your order is processed, we’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.



Undeliverable Address Policy


Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
 • Titan Haus is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 • If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, all reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
 • If you realize your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.



What If My Order Shows as Delivered but I Haven’t Received It?


Sometimes a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier 2–3 days before actual delivery. This is especially common during busy seasons.


Here’s what to do:
 • Check all areas around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailroom, side entrances).
 • Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members if they received it for you.
 • Review delivery confirmation emails from the shipping carrier for alternate drop-off info.

I Received the Wrong Item


We strive for 100% accuracy in order fulfillment, but mistakes can occasionally happen.


If you receive the wrong item:
 1. Email us at hello@titan-haus.com within 14 days of delivery
 2. Include your order number, the item you received, and what you were expecting
 3. Attach a few clear photos of the product and packaging


Once we verify the issue, we’ll:
 • Send the correct item at no extra cost, or
 • Offer a discount if you’d prefer to keep the incorrect item


Note: If an incorrect item is not reported within 14 days of delivery, we’ll consider it accepted.



Split Shipments: Why Did I Only Receive Part of My Order?


Some orders may ship in multiple boxes based on product size or warehouse availability. If you receive part of your order, the remaining items may arrive shortly after.


If you still haven’t received your full order after a few extra days, please reach out so we can check the status.



Lost or Stuck Packages


All Titan Haus shipments include insured tracking for added protection.


If your package appears stuck in transit or has been lost, contact us at hello@titan-haus.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement with expedited shipping, subject to availability.
