Titan Haus Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• It must include all original tags, protective materials, and packaging
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase
• Items must be sent back only after receiving return approval
• Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety concerns
Restocking Fee
Returns will incur a $25 restocking fee per order. This fee helps us maintain quality assurance and safe handling procedures.
To start a return, email us at hello@titan-haus.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping label and full return instructions. The return address will be provided after approval.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, it must meet all the standard return eligibility requirements listed above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
A restocking fee of $10–$30 per item (based on item price) will apply to all exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at hello@titan-haus.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement with expedited shipping at no additional cost.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Titan Haus products are built to last. We stand behind their quality with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use.
“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifetime of the product under normal household use.
Manufacturing defects include structural flaws in material or workmanship present at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
• Improper use, misuse, or neglect
• Excessive heat outside normal kitchen use
• Damage from improper storage
• Commercial or restaurant use
• Cosmetic wear, surface scratches, discoloration, or minor abrasions resulting from normal use
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser (or original gift recipient) with proof of purchase and is non-transferable.
For products purchased through authorized retail or distribution partners, warranty claims may be handled through the original point of purchase.
Titan Haus reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Used or opened items (due to hygiene and safety)
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Personal care items or beauty products
• Custom or personalized orders
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards or final sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to us before initiating a return.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
