First Use
  1. Wash with warm soapy water and dry completely.
  2. Rub a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil over the surface.
  3. Heat on low for 2-3 minutes, then let cool and wipe away the excess.
  4. Cook oily foods for the first few uses.
Daily Use
  1. Cook on low-to-medium heat. Never leave the pan empty on high heat.
  2. Preheat on low heat before adding oil. It's ready when water droplets roll across the surface.
  3. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays.
Utensils

Suitable for wood, bamboo, or silicone - avoid metal utensils.

Handle

Detachable and screw-on. Periodically check the handle screw for tightness, heat cycling can loosen it over time.

Cleaning and Maintenance
  1. Let the pan cool before washing.
  2. Clean with warm water, a soft sponge, and mild detergent.
  3. For stubborn spots, let baking soda and water sit for 10 minutes, then wipe gently.

Is it safe to use with metal utensils?
We recommend wood, bamboo, or silicone. Occasional metal contact won't damage the surface immediately, but repeated use with metal utensils will shorten TitanBond™'s surface life.
